Scopul principal al acestei asocia\u021bii este eficientizarea absorb\u021biei de fonduri nerambursabile \u0219i implementarea unor proiecte strategice majore pentru dezvoltarea economic\u0103, social\u0103 \u0219i cultural\u0103 a regiunii.
